Responsibilities
- Perform crack filling, asphalt patching, and minor pavement repairs
- Load, transport, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
- Pavement Maintenance Technician (or Lead Technician - Based on Experience)
- In this role, you'll help deliver high-quality asphalt repairs, sealcoating, and line striping for commercial.
- This relationship allows us to support a wide range of commercial clients while continuing to grow our pavement maintenance services.
Requirements
- Line striping experience required
- Ability to read and work from site plans and blueprints is required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise layouts
Nice to have
- Experience with Graco or similar striping equipment
- Knowledge of traffic control procedures and safety signage
- Experience leading crews or managing job sites
