Responsibilities

  • We are hiring a Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead crews, drive production, and ensure every commercial roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • As the primary leader for daily job site operations, you will lead commercial roofing crews, coordinate installations and repairs safely and on schedule, conduct site inspections to maintain quality control, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities.
  • You should be a confident leader with excellent communication skills who can manage field teams, handle multiple priorities, solve job site challenges, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements, successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, and demonstrate the ability to lead teams while delivering a superior customer service experience.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial roofing experience, one to two years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively, and a strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems.

Compensation

  • Compensation range of $25-30/hr depending on experience
