Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to project management processes in Sitetracker.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to design, test, and implement solutions in Sitetracker /Salesforce.
Maintain system integrity by monitoring data quality, workflows, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.
Support ongoing enhancements by identifying opportunities for process automation, improved reporting, and system optimization.
Develop and maintain governance documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Partner with OSP and ISP Controls & Governance leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and ensure alignment with broader strategic initiatives.
This role acts as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Sitetracker and its underlying Salesforce platform are optimized to support the complex requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects.
The BSA will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and governance for the team.
By aligning Sitetracker functionality with business processes, you will drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enable better decision-making across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role (5+ years of experience), with a focus on Salesforce-based platforms.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Experience with Sitetracker is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with project management concepts and telecom/infrastructure operations as a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail in managing day to day tasks and execution.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products.
Travel as required ( Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.
A pproved to work in the United States.

Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually
