Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to project management processes in Sitetracker.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to design, test, and implement solutions in Sitetracker /Salesforce.
- Maintain system integrity by monitoring data quality, workflows, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.
- Support ongoing enhancements by identifying opportunities for process automation, improved reporting, and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Partner with OSP and ISP Controls & Governance leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and ensure alignment with broader strategic initiatives.
- This role acts as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Sitetracker and its underlying Salesforce platform are optimized to support the complex requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- The BSA will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and governance for the team.
- By aligning Sitetracker functionality with business processes, you will drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enable better decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role (5+ years of experience), with a focus on Salesforce-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Sitetracker is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and telecom/infrastructure operations as a plus.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail in managing day to day tasks and execution.
- Miscellaneous Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products.
- Travel as required ( Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.
- A pproved to work in the United States.

- Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually

Compensation
- $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually
- The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
