Responsibilities
- Perform DNA isolation and associated quality control assays
- Maintain plasmid library using high throughput techniques
- Perform tasks using aseptic techniques including working within a biological safety cabinet
- To support our growth, we seek a Research Technician to join our Membrane Proteome Array research team.
Requirements
- 2 years hands-on laboratory experience
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to standard operating protocols and learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Experience with molecular biology techniques such as (PCR, E. coli transformation, Sanger sequencing and analysis)
- Experience performing quality control assays
- Previous general work experience
