About the role
- As Product Manager, Engagement, you will own the surfaces Hone patients return to week after week.
- You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to make managing their long-term health between consults easy and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
- Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
