About the role
- End-to-end Quality leadership across customers, suppliers, and operations
- Driving a culture of accountability, root cause ownership, and continuous improvement
- Leading customer-facing quality (escalations, SLAs, audits, performance reviews)
Responsibilities
- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for customer quality, supplier quality, and internal quality performance - ensuring we deliver complex, customized products with consistency, speed, and zero defects.
- Scaling a high-performing Quality organization to support rapid growth and multi-shift production
Requirements
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or related experience
Nice to have
- 10+ years in Quality leadership within industrial manufacturing (MTO/ETO or complex assembly preferred)
- Lean / Six Sigma experience (Black Belt a plus)

- Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Sr Manager - Quality responsible to lead and scale our Quality function in a fast-growing, make-to-order / engineer-to-order (MTO/ETO) industrial manufacturing environment.
