Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Delivery/Warehouse operations of 10+ frontline employees
  • Lead, motivate, and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, and employee relations
  • Utilize our ABI management system (called Distribution Process Optimization) to track metrics and implement process and operational improvements
  • In this role, you will develop, monitor, and maintain operational procedures to ensure excellent process performance and quality while supervising and empowering warehouse employees.

Requirements

  • For more than 165 years as a leading American manufacturer, Anheuser-Busch has delivered a legacy of brewing great-tasting, high-quality beers that have satisfied beer drinkers for generations.
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in business or engineering preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc) and data analysis
  • Previous people leadership experience
  • Two years of delivery, warehouse, or sales experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to adjust schedule as necessary to handle business needs, such as holiday weeks, weekends, or alarm coverage. Operation is 24 hours; shift assignment may vary
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal liquor laws as well as Department of Transportation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations preferred
  • Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • degree in business or engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of Labor Relations / experience in Union environment preferred
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other Management Systems a plus

Compensation

  • $70,000-$80,000, bonus eligible
