About the role

Responsibilities
- Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces
- Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes
- Partner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques to validate and refine solutions
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, an understanding of design systems, and the judgment to balance craft with velocity
- Fluency with AI-powered design tools and workflows - actively keeping up with the evolving landscape (e.g., AI prototyping, generative design, etc.) and folding the best of it into your process
- You'll own the end-to-end design of features that millions of people use to create, teach, and persuade.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work, ideally on productivity or workflow tools
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools with the ability to produce clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering

Compensation
- The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $180K - $260K plus benefits & equity.
