About the role
- This hands-on role includes MIG welding, grinding, and finishing fabricated components such as stairs, railings, and other miscellaneous metal products.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on custom metal fabrication projects, including stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical documents to complete assigned work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Collaborate with coworkers to support daily fabrication and production goals.
Requirements
- Experience performing MIG welding.
- Experience using welding equipment and common metal fabrication techniques.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Professional Welding Certification.
- Experience fabricating stairs, stair stringers, porches, railings, or miscellaneous metal products.
- Previous experience working in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Compensation
- Starting Pay: From $22.00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience)
