  • MDVIP is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Corporate Strategy & Operations Associate to join our growing team.
  • This role blends business strategy, clinical and market insights, and operational excellence to transform complex challenges into scalable experiences for both physicians and members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth business analyses, including financial modeling, KPI development, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale business processes, reduce costs, and enhance performance across areas such as revenue operations, go‑to‑market execution, supply chain, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, operating models, and execution roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks that provide real-time insights for senior executives.
  • Design, optimize, and document internal processes and workflows to increase organizational scalability and speed.
  • Lead or contribute to high-priority special projects and ad‑hoc analyses in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Key Competencies Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop meaningful insights.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive change.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, product management, or another analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems with rigor and clarity.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, unit economics, forecasting, and P&L evaluation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Background in go‑to‑market strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Exposure to private equity portfolio operations or value-creation initiatives.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience.

  • attractive base salary complemented by performance-based incentives for eligible roles.
