About the role
- Think of the Aesthetic Coordinator as the air traffic controller of the studio.
- This role is entirely operational, and that's exactly what makes it foundational.

Responsibilities
- Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard - room to room, shift to shift
- Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
- Ownership & Accountability - the state of the studio is a direct reflection of your standard, and you own it
- You don't run the patient experience from the front - you build the runway that makes it possible.
- Every provider who performs flawlessly, every tray set before it's needed, every break that runs on time - that's you.
