About the role

Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network.
In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

System Maintenance: Work with the team to maintain the studio and control room working environment and technical systems.
General Support: Perform other duties as assigned by production leadership.
Shading: Familiarity with camera shading control systems to maintain visual consistency across all studio cameras.

Assist with pre-production and post-show recordings as required.
Expert-level knowledge of Sony MLS, XPS, and MVS series production switchers.
Working knowledge of Vinten robotic camera systems and their integration within a live environment.
Ability to clearly give direction to the crew while working under high pressure in a live news environment.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Production Excellence: Strive to maintain a high degree of production value with strong attention to production aesthetics, accuracy, and show pacing.

Interpersonal Skills: Must be a positive team player with strong communication skills.
Typing and good spelling skills are necessary; ability to read and write fluently; college degree preferred.

Automation: Proficiency in Sony ELC automated production systems is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Chyron graphics systems is a significant plus.

Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55.97 per hour.
