About the role
- The Maintenance & Refrigeration Manager is responsible for employee and food safety, operational performance, maintenance processes, refrigeration systems, utilities operations, and team development of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.
- The position is accountable for leading and directing all reliability and maintenance activities, utilities operation, ammonia refrigeration systems, and execution of capital plans as necessary.

Responsibilities
- We provide seniors, patients recovering post-discharge and those managing a chronic condition with tailored nutrition solutions to manage their specific needs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and build positive working relationships
- Ability to lead department team members to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Knowledge of OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119), EPA RMP regulations, IIAR standards, and applicable building and fire codes
Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen.
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or applicable technical knowledge or Degree/Certification from Trade School
