About the role

  • The Program Integration Manager will work closely with the Business Unit (BU) team which includes internal and external stakeholders.
  • This individual will serve as a focal point for actions and tasks that have broad program impact to ensure a comprehensive and balanced cross-program response.
  • The individual should be a self-starter, versatile, problem solver

Responsibilities

  • Serve as interface to BU VP and Operating Unit (OU) Directors to drive business initiatives for the BU
  • Lead all non-P&L facets of program operations - organization charts, distribution lists, manage SharePoint material, staff meetings, action items, engagement, staffing, offsites and all-hands
  • Lead BU facilities' needs, issues, strategy and initiatives
  • Lead overall milestone review planning, inclusive of orchestrating review logistics, venue, customer contact plan, socials, etc.
  • Oversee PMR process, manage collection and integration of the content from IPTs and functions (Business Management, Contracts, Security, IT, etc.)
  • Own BU risk and opportunity management process and registers. Identify and manage program level operational risks and mitigation plans.
  • Lead key customer engagement events
  • Support PM in addressing ad hoc program issues (this could include NDA projects flowed down from Business Unit)
  • Support PM in pivoting a program from phase 1 to phase 2 by leading staffing coordination and ensuring the infrastructure is prepared for the next phase of the program
  • Lead Program Integration organization in the BU

Requirements

  • OR 6 years' experience with a Masters' degree
  • OR 4 years' experience with a PhD
  • Must have prior management experience leading a team and supporting programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with and influence senior management, peers, and employees
  • Previous Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
  • US Citizenship is required

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline, MBA, and/or Project Management or Engineering Management certification
  • Proven team leadership experience in program integration, operations, program execution, proposals, or capture efforts to meet quality, performance, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation

  • $193,000.00 - $289,600.00
  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
