About the role
- The Kitchen Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for executing daily kitchen operations with consistency, safety, and accountability.
- Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, workflow integrity, and team performance.

Responsibilities
- You will maintain active floor presence, enforce operational standards, escalate risks, and ensure smooth shift execution across production zones.
Requirements
- Experience supervising teams in high-volume food production or commercial kitchens
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOP enforcement, and food safety compliance
- Ability to monitor live operations and intervene when standards are not met
- Experience documenting incidents, violations, and corrective actions
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Food Safety, Sanitation, and Operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience auditing recipes or production execution
- Familiarity with live production software or digital tracking tools
- Experience in ready-to-eat or multi-chef production environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation
- All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
