About the role

  • Field: Officially documented as working as a member of the Ultragenyx field team, generally interacting with third parties on behalf of Ultragenyx.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead weekly team meetings with PALs and weekly meetings with counterparts that lead the Patient Engagement Centers
  • Create documents such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, training decks, etc.

Requirements

  • 5 years management or experience training and leading peer groups as a mentor/new hire trainer
  • Ability to travel 60 - 80%
  • Ability to handle sensitive information

Nice to have

  • BA/BS in the life sciences or communications required
  • MBA/MHA preferred

Compensation

  • $208,500 - $257,600 USD
