About the role

Field: Officially documented as working as a member of the Ultragenyx field team, generally interacting with third parties on behalf of Ultragenyx.

Organize and lead weekly team meetings with PALs and weekly meetings with counterparts that lead the Patient Engagement Centers
Create documents such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, training decks, etc.

5 years management or experience training and leading peer groups as a mentor/new hire trainer
Ability to travel 60 - 80%
Ability to handle sensitive information

Identify Access & Reimbursement trends and collaborate with cross functional team to address issues and in a timely manner and properly align resources (ROAR)
Monitor all PALs reimbursement conflict resolution with their assigned accounts
