Responsibilities

  • This includes working closely with Facility Site Supervisors and being the primary Point of Contact for the client for resolution of issues related to performance of work, staffing and billing as well as ensuring that requests for additional support are addressed in a timely manner.

Nice to have

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years' experience working as a Facilities Coordinator or Superintendent
  • BS/BA Degree (Preferred/Not required)
  • Industry recognized experience, training or certification in Facilities Management desired.
