About the role

  • As a Security Team Member, you'll be the first line of defense in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
  • You'll patrol the campground, monitor entrances and exits, respond to emergencies, and handle any disturbances with professionalism and care.
  • You'll be a visible presence, providing a sense of security and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and protected.

Responsibilities

  • Join Team Outsider's Security Team and help us deliver extraordinary hospitality at our growing network of campgrounds!

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and move across wet or uneven terrain.
  • Do you thrive in a dynamic role where you can ensure the well-being of our guests and team members?

Nice to have

  • Basic training in emergency response, CPR, and security protocols.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Bonus Points: Basic training in emergency response, CPR, and security protocols.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
