Responsibilities
- Job Summary - Provides comprehensive administrative support to three executives with Owens & Minor.
- Provide day-to-day support exercising discretion with respect to prioritization of agenda items.
- Manages and maintains multiple calendars and coordinates a variety of complex meetings.
- Independently creates, edits, and/or prepares presentation materials for top-tier clients, executives and similar audiences.
- Assists with confidential and/or sensitive matters; provides explanation and support where needed.
Requirements
- Acts as primary Project Manager for confidential projects as required to ensure seamless coordination of multiple resources and drive successful outcomes.
Compensation
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
