About the role
- That's why we've been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices around the globe.
- This role can be done from any of our offices across the United States remotely from home.
- The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of audio technology and a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the region and Mexico in particular.
Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Provide expert technical and sales assistance to dealers, particularly for large-scale projects.
- Training: Deliver comprehensive technical training sessions to distributors and dealers, covering product innovations, audio principles, and advanced audio solutions.
- Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns highlighting the company's technical capabilities and unique value proposition.
- Industry Events: Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance brand recognition and generate prospective leads.
- Forecast Guidance: Acquire in-depth knowledge of partner businesses to provide market insights and contribute to precise sales forecasting.
- The Latin American team is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager, Professional Audio to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities for our specialized audio solutions in the residential and light commercial markets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' experience selling consumer electronics thru distributors and dealers in Latin America and Mexico in particular
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
