About the role
- This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
- Review mortgage documents
- Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
- Draft various legal documents
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- The candidate must be a quick learner that has the capabilities to multi-task in our fast paced environment.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service experience

Nice to have
- Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work or real estate experience a plus but not required, entry level para legal
