Own the deployment workflow end-to-end - from the deployment application itself to how hardware performs in the field, months after installation.
Build strong relationships with hospital-side business and project owners, translating their pain points and priorities into clear input for product and engineering.
Partner closely with Professional Services, whose program and project managers are incentivized to move fast - your job is to be the counterweight, obsessively focused on whether deployments hold up over time, not just whether they shipped on time.
Collaborate with mobile (iOS/Android), firmware, and hardware teams to understand technical constraints and push fixes upstream.
Use AI tools independently to build what you need - quick dashboards, tracking tools, or analysis - without waiting on engineering bandwidth.
Are comfortable using AI tools as a self-starter - you don't need hand-holding to build a dashboard or automate a report; you just go do it.
That intelligence powers the execution layer hospitals have been missing - helping care teams make smarter decisions and deliver better patient care.
