About the role

Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours.
By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI.
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate.

Keep inventory system data accurate and manage real-time updates within the WMS and ERP software.
Restock and maintain an organized inventory of orders as needed to optimize space and operational efficiency.
Perform other operational and cross-functional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain.

Excellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems and standard inventory control methods.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
Experience utilizing ERP and WMS platforms, with proficient general computer skills.
Proven ability to adhere to employer, local, and government safety regulations (OSHA).
If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.
Inspect incoming and outgoing items for defects or damages, and report discrepancies as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
