About the role
- Assist operations/compliance policy services team in supporting the business programs.
- This includes supporting timely Policy Issuance in the PolicyGo system of new and renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and audits.
Responsibilities
- General support duties include Policy Systems Support, Claims support, and Premium Audit Support.
- To support the business programs by making sure that policy documents are accurate and timely.
Requirements
- Accurate and timely policy issuance delivers required customer service excellence to our clients.
Skills
- High School Degree or higher, College Graduate Preferred
- ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Policy Issuance Support
- New and renewal policy issuance
- Endorsement transaction issuance
- Cancellation/Reinstatement transaction issuance
- Premium Audit transaction issuance
- Policy Systems Support

Compensation
