About the role

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Why this job's a big deal: This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement.
They will translate insights into actionable recommendations, helping to improve processes, policies, and overall performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Leverage SQL skill and API request/response analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.
Analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies, generate actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to improve systems, policies, and performance.
Leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
The individual will support supplier-driven updates, resolve operational issues, and analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, managing change requests and day-to-day inquiries while aligning system requirements with partner capabilities.
We deliver the excitement of a new venture, without the struggles and chaos that can come with a business that hasn't stabilized.

Solid SQL fundamentals and experience working with and streamlining AI workflows.
4-years degree in business related field, 2-4 years of business or related experience a plus.
