- Design and implement complex, technical projects that enable Redfin's app developers to build and ship the top-rated real estate apps.
- Collaborate with your teammates by reviewing code, writing documentation, refining best practices, and building maintainable and testable codebases.
- Work closely with our product and design teams to understand user and business needs.
- We go above and beyond to give you the support you need on an individual level and offer all sorts of ways to help you live your best life.
- Using and evangelizing approved AI code generation tools to document, architect, and create code.
- About You You have 8+ years of Android development experience creating consumer facing enterprise iOS Android apps along with 1+ years experience in a Technical Lead or Staff level role.
- You have an expert understanding of Android solution architectures and building advanced interactive user experience.
- you lead by example and mentor the next set of technical leaders at the company.
- You can collaborate across distances and experience levels, and you can disagree constructively with respect for everyone's opinions and ideas.
- We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-buying and selling process.
Requirements
- You have experience with mobile CI/CD and cloud development technologies, such as Bitrise and Jenkins.
- You have deep knowledge of at least one AI code generation tool, such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
