Responsibilities

  • Perform onboarding of alternative investment products for new sales and custody only - including the setup of the product in LPL's systems such as security master, digital trading platform, commission platform, and advisor access to investor kits.
  • Document end-to-end workflow between fund manager and LPL operations.
  • Manage product pipeline and product closures of products actively offered for sale.
  • Manage product requests and status for custody only.
  • Manage digital platform product documents, data, due dates, and details. Record committee minutes.
  • Own the resolution of specific issues with advisors or fund companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with related experience in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years broker dealer, investment management, wealth management, or related financial services experience
  • Ability to accept and understand feedback and apply to working style
  • Ability to learn new internal systems
  • Ability to provide, accept and apply feedback for improvement
  • Ability to work and communicate quickly and accurately
  • The ability to operate in partnership with other teams within WMS and across the organization is also critical to the role.

Nice to have

  • Experience interacting with asset managers and advisors preferred.
  • Experience with investor service preferred
  • Experience with due diligence preferred
  • Experience with investment operations and the ability to advance projects and handle advisor escalations are baseline skills required of the role
  • Experience working with investment-oriented systems and analytical software including Excel and Tableau.

Compensation

  • $76,632.00 - $127,720.00
  • Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
