About the role
- The right person for this role knows how to navigate complex environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and keep large cross-functional programs moving forward.
- Coach and mentor Technical Program Managers across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, timelines, and executive communications.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Security Program Management.
- 5+ years managing TPM teams or large cross-functional technical programs.
- This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong technical understanding, program leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executives.
Nice to have
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and highly cross-functional environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery models, program governance, and operational reporting.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform organizations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platform security and governance.
- Experience driving operational maturity and process transformation initiatives.
- PMP, CISSP, CISM, SAFe, or cloud certifications are a plus.
