Responsibilities

  • Assist with RMF accreditation (Steps 1-6) and ATO support in eMASS.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain security documentation and artifacts.
  • Track POA&M remediation and support continuous monitoring.
  • Perform security control checks based on NIST 800-53.
  • Support vulnerability scanning efforts using ACAS, Nessus, or Tenable tools.
  • Participate in compliance activities and maintain systems aligned to STIGs and SCAP guidelines for:
  • Provide administrative support for IAM and contribute to Zero Trust initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or equivalent internship/military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent military training).
  • Familiarity with RMF and cybersecurity best practices.

Nice to have

  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAM Level I certification.
  • Exposure to ACAS, eMASS, Splunk, or similar cybersecurity tools.
  • Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active Secret clearance.
  • Top Secret eligible is preferred.
  • You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Compensation

  • $77k-$94k

Benefits

  • If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects.
  • The bonus for this position is $3,500, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral.
  • The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
