Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Process Optimization · Use analytical tools to monitor pricing trends, lane performance, and carrier KPIs. · Drive standardization and systemization of carrier management processes to improve efficiency and transparency. · Work with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure contract compliance, pricing governance, and billing accuracy.
Requirements
- Skills · Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). · Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · Fluency in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) · Experience in FTL/LTL route design or network planning. · Experience building carrier KPI frameworks. · Familiarity with transportation cost modeling or pricing forecasting. · Experience with multi-state or nationwide linehaul network operations.
