Partner closely with Account Services to ensure every deliverable is on track.
Support Global Estimating by preparing precise, timely cost estimates.
Manage projects of any size with confidence and minimal oversight.
Work with Design to select finishes, confirm availability, and secure approvals.
Build and maintain work-back schedules
Develop and steward Implementation Plans (IP) to keep all teams aligned.
Source materials, manage vendor relationships, and handle purchase order requests.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 8+ years of project management experience in the exhibit or events industry-or equivalent experience.
A strong grasp of structural mechanics and the ability to read/interpret CAD drawings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
