About the role

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Team members will leverage their prior experience, and the knowledge gained from training and certifications to complete daily assigned tasks effectively.
  • Individuals will be responsible for identifying their work locations on advanced airplanes, parts, and tooling by interpreting intricate drawings to accurately complete detailed work instructions.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work variable shifts (first, second, or third) based on business needs.
  • Must be able to walk constantly throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work with high-hazard chemicals using proper protective equipment provided.
  • Must be able to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications, if required.
  • 1+ year experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.
  • Safety is non-negotiable and must be integrated into every task we perform.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Must successfully complete the new hire foundational training to obtain and maintain all required certifications.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of CNC experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with conventional material layup, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools.
  • 3+ years of crane operations experience.
  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, material processes, schematic and diagrams in aviation.

Compensation

  • $54,000 - $64,000​
  • $61,200 - $64,500​
  • Summary pay range level B: $54,000 - $64,000​
  • Summary pay range level C: $61,200 - $64,500​
