About the role
- You will engage in inbound and outbound conversations, provide guidance on retirement and/or investment needs, and help clients navigate Fidelity's products, services, and planning tools.
- Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.
- Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize your day using Salesforce and internal systems.
- Paid support to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
Requirements
- Experience with inbound/outbound warm leads and customer engagement.
