About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor.
In this critical role, you will work within our facility's production operations, ensuring that we meet our goals for quality, efficiency, and productivity.

You will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Establish and manage the workflows supporting the production of Torus' products or processes.
Manage, develop and mentor production team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, time and attendance, and disciplinary actions.
We design, engineer, manufacture, install, and support our systems end-to-end, standing behind them throughout their lifecycle.

A minimum of 2 years manufacturing industry experience.
2+ years previous supervisory experience.
Ability to successfully monitor and report on key production metrics and output, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for efficiency.
Proven experience operating a clean, safe and efficient production environment.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics.

Preferred Experience Experience working in general product manufacturing such as commercial/industrial electrical goods.
