Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
Minimum 2+ years customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry.

Education: High school diploma
Skills & Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.
