About the role

Responsibilities
- Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and assignments according to fund documents and AML/KYC requirements.
- Handles distribution of investor statements and related documents based on instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Typically 1-4 years of experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration, Investor Services, or related fields in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
