  • As a Registration Coordinator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients while helping ensure each visit is welcoming, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • As a Registration Coordinator, you'll help create a seamless patient experience by:
  • Schedule appointments, answer incoming calls, and manage patient communications via phone, email, and fax.
  • Support daily clinic operations through administrative tasks, record management, and office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow established scheduling, registration, and documentation procedures.
  • You'll partner with providers and clinical teams to coordinate appointments, verify insurance, support patient communications, and keep daily clinic operations running smoothly-all while delivering the outstanding service that defines the OrthoVirginia experience.
