Design, implement, improve, and help operationalize security controls across the enterprise.
Partner with leadership to mature cybersecurity capabilities and support long term security architecture.
Help define and document security standards, architecture patterns, design decisions, and implementation guidance.
Support implementation, integration, tuning, and lifecycle management of security technologies across the stack.
Interest in architecture, with experience in technical design, documentation, standards, or best practice development
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping create structure

Experience in SaaS or complex enterprise environments

Exposure to security architecture, control rationalization, or platform standardization efforts
Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 USD per hour/year (only if annual bonus/commission/LTIP is included in compensation) and a variable component included in most US/Canada locations.

We are hiring a Senior Security Engineer to help strengthen and scale cybersecurity across a complex, evolving environment.
This is a hands - on role for a strong builder, someone who can operate across multiple security domains, move quickly, communicate clearly, and help create structure in an environment where security maturity is growing.
This person will work closely with S ecurity Architecture & Engineering leadership and partner across infrastructure, IT, cloud, engineering, and business teams to improve security capabilities and drive meaningful security outcomes.
