About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business leader to join our team, focusing on growing omnichannel consulting services for commercial and medical affairs clients.
- In this role, you will showcase your experience as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the life sciences industry.
- The Managing Director will contribute to setting business direction and strategy, thought leadership, and the overall growth and scalability of the omnichannel practice.
Responsibilities
- Identify market trends and client needs to create service offerings that drive growth and differentiation.
- Lead as a trusted advisor for clients
- develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, deliver compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations to secure business deals
- Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop innovative solutions and capabilities
- Strategic Consulting & Omnichannel Design
- Guide clients in establishing governance structures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross-functional collaboration models to support omnichannel engagement, as well as change management initiatives to build internal understanding and adoption.
- Partner with clients to define omnichannel objectives and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.
- Implement best practices in content personalization, channel optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Develop measurement frameworks to track value and impact, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of omnichannel strategists, business analysts, and consultants.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or digital strategy specifically for Life Sciences
- A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance in omnichannel engagement.
- Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and omnichannel engagement technologies.
- cultivate a strong understanding of clients' needs, translating these into bespoke service offerings
- Education: Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or business-related fields

- Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred.
