About the role

You champion processes and practices that enable engineers to get great work done safely, while supporting and growing the next generation of technical talent.
Your focus remains on keeping the team unblocked and accelerated in their adoption of modern engineering practices while consistently meeting service level objectives and security standards.
Where and how you can work This role is based in Toronto and is mainly remote, offering flexible working arrangements.

Building out automated and prediction workflows with the help of artificial intelligence to supercharge small business efficiency.
You bring proven experience managing software development teams and a track record of building a healthy, inclusive team culture.
Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly with product, design and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, roadmap and proactively solve complex engineering problems.
Technical familiarity with high-scale products, fintech,.NET or React helps you review technical strategy, designs and architectural trade-offs effectively.
