About the role
- The Operations Supervisor's responsibility is to assist Delivery Specialists and Dispatch Associates as they navigate product drop-offs, payment pickups, and customer service communications to retailers.
- Other duties include viewing/preparing paperwork, assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, and scheduling delivery routes along with delegating tasks to dispatch associates.
Responsibilities
- Support real-time driver communications during dispatch window, acting as point of contact for delivery questions, invoice edits, payment coordination, and retail follow-up
- Occasionally support early morning deliveries when necessary

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older to work in the cannabis industry
- Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts
- 2 years in dispatch or distribution
- Familiarity with routing-based software platforms
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical work habits
- Excellent time management skills
- Low-ego, adaptable, and high EQ
- Able to have disciplinary conversations with employees
- Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
