About the role
- Role: Guest Experience Team Member Location: 154 Pulaski Hwy, New Castle, DE Status: Full-time or Part-time Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight) Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member!

Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
- Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
- Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Deliver Outstanding Service:
- Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
- Maintain a Pristine Store:
Compensation
- For Full-Time Employees: Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of PTO, including vacation, sick leave, and personal days PLUS 8 holidays with bonus pay and 2 paid service days per year.
