Responsibilities
- The CVO Specialist will be responsible for providing privileging or licensing support to client, facilities, boards, groups and clinicians.
- The CVO Specialist will validate and review the professional qualifications of a clinician to practice medicine in their field to meet NCQA and LT standards and the client's business model.
Requirements
- Speaking, reading, writing, ability to use a telephone and computer
- Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
Nice to have
- Processes privileging or licensing files according to the client's and/or board's standards
- Updates database for every file with the most current information
- Acts as a liaison between the client, clinician, and/or appropriate state board
- Resolves or appropriately escalates inquiries and concerns
- May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
- May communicate with clinicians, clients, and state boards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills
- Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Working knowledge of PDF editing software
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
