Trinity is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
This role blends strong client leadership, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Education
Quantitative or life‑sciences‑related fields preferred (e.g., health sciences, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, marketing).
Work Experience

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree required
advanced degree a plus.
Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions is preferred.

Skills

Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Surfaces risks or scope changes early and guide clients through potential solutions or adjustments.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements by recognizing emerging needs or gaps.
Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, data structures, and tools.
Contribute to internal initiatives such as process improvement, training content, or product/tool enhancements.

Within Analytics, we have well-established SME verticals (e.g., forecasting, sales analytics, commercial data solutions, data science, AI/ML).

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills

specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current minimum of the base salary range is $160,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
