Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of science in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering or equivalent via education and/or work experience 5 years of technical product development project leadership or technical management experience in any combination of power electronics and tools and controls in an industry related to the Company's served industries 7 years of experience in power electronics or tools and controls development- Demonstrated success leading high performance engineering teams to accomplish business goals Demonstrated presentation skills Demonstrated success managing financial results to plan in an industry related to the Company's served industries Demonstrated experience with patents and intellectual property matters Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, MS Projects and an ERP business system Availability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - Master of science in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering - 15 years of experience in power electronics or tools and controls development - Demonstrated successful working relationships with foreign parent or subsidiary companies -
