About the role

  • Kognitive Sales Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing retail sales company committed to excellence.
  • This individual will be managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks focusing on high volume recruitment.
  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Our hiring process may include AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.

Compensation
