About the role

Kognitive Sales Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing retail sales company committed to excellence.
This individual will be managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks focusing on high volume recruitment.
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.

Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our hiring process may include AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.
