Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale events, including conferences, concerts, sporting events, and trade shows
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of AV solutions
- Track and manage transportation and logistics, proactively resolving issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
- Maintain strong relationships with service contractors and vendors nationwide and internationally
- Utilize Peak Technologies systems and tools to manage project workflows and reporting
- Interpret and develop basic drawings, layouts, and signal flow diagrams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in live events, AV production, or related fields-or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing complex AV and lighting projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of AV systems, including signal flow, power distribution, rigging, and equipment logistics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floorplans, and setup documentation
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure
