About the role
- The Driver Recruiter plays a critical role in the recruitment and selection of qualified drivers to fill current job openings, utilizing independent judgment and discretion throughout the pre-screening and selection process.
- The Driver Recruiter position involves making pre-approval decisions, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and supporting recruitment goals through effective communication and sales techniques to maximize candidate engagement.

Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel to support recruitment and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience with PC-based systems (Windows).
- Proficient in recruitment techniques, with an understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Nice to have
- Two to three years of experience in recruiting or sales.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
