Requirements

Compensation
- The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
- Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

- Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)
- Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.
- Crestwood's Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients.
- PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education, and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
