Requirements
- The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions

Skills
- The base salary range may vary depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
- Five years of industrial cleaning experience strongly preferred.
- Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) License.
- Medical card for operating a DOT vehicle.
- Ability to wear a respirator.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER, confined space entry, OSHA-30, and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
- Knowledge and ability to work with equipment, materials, and supplies found in construction work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable safety precautions and procedures and ability to follow proper use and safety
- Ability to view and understand Veit's safety training video.
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work.
- Good communication skills both oral and written when working with all levels of management and employees, external
- vendors and other business associates.
